Step 2: Next, we will schedule a complimentary initial 30-minute phone or Skype consultation with you where we’ll discuss your destination(s), trip duration, personal travel style, goals for the trip, your trip budget, the number of travelers, and your preferences.

Step 3: Based on our consultation, we will provide a flat-fee estimate for our planning services, so you can decide whether or not you’d like to move forward. Each custom itinerary is different, so cost will vary based on the number of travelers, length of stay, destinations and the variety of unique itinerary items you desire. Custom itineraries can be created for just one day or your entire vacation. Prices begin at $100.

Step 4: After we receive your down payment, we will create a draft itinerary, which we will adjust and revise until it’s exactly the way you want it.
